Universeum is a fantastic place for both young and old. Enter the rainforest, look at the aquarium with sharks, see snakes, test science. 28 June 2023 Wisdome opens. A giant arched movie screen that surrounds you where you can watch incredibly awesome movies. (Note: tickets to Wisdome are not included in the Go City pass. Tickets are purchased separately.)

Go as much as you want with Hop-on / Hop-off boats during all your valid days. You can jump on and off at specified stops such as. Brunnsparken, Lilla Bommen, Eriksberg (Hisingen) and Feskekörka. The Paddan boat takes you through Gothenburg's moat and out into Göta Älv and Gothenburg's harbour.

The Maritiman is an interesting ship museum where you can board the Jagaren Småland and the submarine Nordkaparen. And other boats such as the lighthouse Fladen and the monitor Sölve. Interesting to see what life on board has looked like.

The fortress built in 1308!
Visit Bohus Fortress, which is located just outside Gothenburg in Kungälv. Today, the fortress is a ruin that can be visited. 700 years of Nordic history were times are in the walls. Interesting for everyone.

Visit the castle from the end of the 18th century and its lovely gardens. Located a few miles south of Gothenburg.

Sightseeing card validity / Activation
Go City Gothenburg Pass is day-based. For example, if you have a 3-day Go City Gothenburg pass and start using it on a Tuesday, it will be valid on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Only one visit per attraction with the exception of Hop on / Hop off buses and Hop on / Hop off boats that you can go by, unlimited during the days your card is valid.
How does this Gothenburg city card work?
You buy one city card per person (adult and child) for the number of days you wish. To activate your card, just visit your first attraction. Then enjoy Gothenburg!
